Will customers see Scantra's name?
Only if you want them to. Co-brand or full whitelabel available on Pro and above. On Partner Studio we ask for an unobtrusive 'Powered by Scantra' footer credit.
How does data handling work?
We only fetch the public pages you ask us to scan. No DB access, no customer credentials. Vendors limited to Anthropic (AI analysis) and Stripe (billing). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How fast can we integrate?
Typically 1-2 days of engineering. The API has one endpoint that matters for provisioning, and you can choose to surface findings via a co-branded dashboard, an iframe embed, or your own UI with our GET /issues endpoint.
What's the contract length?
Month-to-month on Studio. Annual prepay on Pro and Enterprise (pay 10 months, get 12). We earn the renewal.
What if our customers have niche compliance needs?
Custom rules can be added at any tier. If something is missing from the system library and three or more partners ask for it, we build it.
How does support work?
Your team is the first line for your customers. We provide a shared Slack channel with our engineering team for tier-2 issues, and a 60-minute kickoff call on signing.
