Scantra is built so customers with disabilities can use it. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes keyboard navigation throughout the dashboard, sufficient color contrast, descriptive labels on form controls, and screen-reader-friendly tables and lists.

We design and test for compatibility with common screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), NVDA (Windows), and ChromeVox. No audit is ever complete and we know imperfections exist. If you hit something that does not work with your assistive technology, please write accessibility@scantra.ai. Describe the page and what you were trying to do, and we will respond within five business days.

Accommodations

If you cannot complete a task because of an accessibility barrier — paying, exporting your data, cancelling a subscription — email the same address and we will help you finish it manually, free of charge.

Ongoing work

We treat accessibility as a feature, not a checkbox. New Scantra features ship with keyboard support and screen-reader labels from day one, and we run our own product on our own site so accessibility gaps surface as issues in the dashboard.
